French Onion Chicken

Ingredients
5 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Stick of Butter
1 package of Onion Soup Mix
1/2 Tbsp Beef Base
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
5 slices provolone cheese
Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in large nonstick skillet add chicken . Cook chicken until done and golden brown on both sides. In mixing bowl combine onion soup mix , cornstarch, beef base, and water wisk together and pour over cooked chicken. Bring to a simmer turn off heat add remaining butter to melt . Mix sauce and top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese. Cover and let melt.
